Will’s outstanding professional standards have been demonstrated over the past thirty four years with the Wellington Catholic District School Board, where he has worked as a Teacher, Coordinator, Guidance Counsellor and Administrator thereby establishing strong and positive relationships with employers, educators, parents, students as well as Social Service Agencies. Having worked in the School To Work office for the WCDSB and the Upper Grand District School Board, he has also established connections with all involved in experiential education. He also was a former business owner of Sportclix.com and has experience as a landlord in residential and vacation properties. 

He has lived in Guelph and Fergus and proudly serves his community as member of the following: Board of Director, Guelph Sports Hall of Fame; Knights of Columbus Executive; Sponsor, Synn Studios Film Events; Lector, St. John Morinus, Muskoka Lakes; Red Cross Blood Donor; volunteer speaker/presenter for the Career Education Council; volunteers for Charity fundraisers and special events like the Special Olympics.

He has coached many teams - from Jr B Hockey to T-ball, from Rep Basketball to Sr. Volleyball, from wrestling to gymnastics. He is active in ice hockey, water and snow skiing, gardening, playing the accordion and piano, cycling, canoeing, and camping.
